Make it with Mollie - Valentine Chorizo, Mozzarella & Pesto Tart

For a special Valentines day in lockdown, I collaborated with my friend who is a talented food content creator called Make it with Mollie.


  1. Roll out the Puff Pastry and score round the edge
  2. Spoon on a decent layer of Classic Basil Pesto onto the pastry
  3. Place your mozzarella and chorizo onto the pesto and brush the egg wash onto the outside of the pastry
  4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper
  5. Cook at 180 degrees for 25mins and then take it out of the oven and sprinkle chopped spring onions onto the tart for decoration
  6. Et Voila
