The Hungry Hobbit - Classic Basil Pesto
- Boil the fresh pappardelle for a couple of minutes
- In another pan, spoon in your desired amount of pesto (do not heat the pan)
- Pour the boiling pasta water into the pesto and stir with a spoon, to make the pesto runny
- Place your pasta into a bowl and pour the pesto sauce onto your pasta and grate more parmesan cheese on top
- Et Voila!
