The Hungry Hobbit - Classic Basil Pesto

  1. Boil the fresh pappardelle for a couple of minutes
  2. In another pan, spoon in your desired amount of pesto (do not heat the pan)
  3. Pour the boiling pasta water into the pesto and stir with a spoon, to make the pesto runny
  4. Place your pasta into a bowl and pour the pesto sauce onto your pasta and grate more parmesan cheese on top
  5. Et Voila!
